Yes, Shipping is available after you have paid for the items using one of the available payment options.

4. Do you Ship as a gift?
All of our items are packed in our signature wrapping.

5. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver worldwide. We ship with DHL and Fedex. Orders will be dispatched within the next 1-2 days. Delivery will be between 3-5 days. Cost of shipping will be calculated automatically at Checkout.

7. I have received my item. Why is it not exactly the same as the one shown on the website?
Each of our products are carefully handmade by local artisans, that is why some minor irregularities might occur, but this is also why we love it, as each item is unique.

8. I have seen an item on your website a few days ago, but it seems not available anymore, why is that?
Each of our items are handmade by local artisans in small quantities that is why we run a very limited stock.

9. Why did I receive only one item in my order although I ordered several?
Some of our items are shipped from our store in Beirut and some others are shipped from our Dubai warehouse, this is why you might receive two different packages at different times.

10. Can I place an order by phone?
Yes, simply call us on +961 1 369 499 and we will take it from there. You can also send us a Whatsapp request on +961 76 908 181.

11. I received my package, but why did I have to pay import duty or tax?
You may be liable to pay import duty or tax on goods entering your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid for by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.

12. How secure are my credit card details?
All credit card transactions on the website are processed using a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. These details will be fully encrypted and only used to process card transactions which you have initiated.

13. How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Simply click the link located at the bottom of each newsletter, “If you do not wish to receive our newsletters any more, click here”.

14. How do I add articles to my Shopping Bag?
Click on the items that you like to be automatically directed to their specific product page, where you can select the following possible options: size, color and quantity. Once you have made your selection, click the button “Add to shopping bag” and the article will be automatically added to your shopping bag. You can then finalize your order by identifying yourself and following the prompts. Alternately, you can choose to continue shopping on the site. At any time, you have access to your shopping bag in the banner at top of the page.
